The Science of Sound Healing
Sound healing works at the cellular level and can go where no other medicine can. Vibrations from sound bowls help to clear and balance energy in the body, restoring a natural state of balance and harmony.
Through a law of physics know as entrainment, sound healing shifts our brainwaves to states associated with deep relaxation, creative thought, and rest and recovery where healing can happen. This also has an immediate effect on relieving stress and anxiety.
